Festivities start at 7:30pm
Come out and enjoy an evening with neighbors! Root beer floats will be provided free of cost. Check out the Windom Community Council table for raffle tickets, neighborhood history books, face painting and concession stand treats. The Center for Energy and Environment will be on hand to give residents information on upcoming workshop dates for a valuable energy program that Windom has been selected to be a part of this fall.
Featured movie, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull will begin at dusk. Don’t forget your blankets or chairs!

The Windom Community Council invites you to a fun family night at Windom South Park on 58th and Wentworth Ave.
Enjoy some tasty ice cream and watch
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Popcorn, pop and raffle tickets will be available as a Prelude to our annual Fall Festival.
Visit the Windom Community Council table for exciting new information about a new residential energy savings program from the Center for Energy and Environment.
Volunteers that will be working the Fall Festival are invited to attend our Pizza Party training at 6:30pm before the movie and ice cream social begins.

Greetings!

Due to inclement weather, tonight’s traffic changes have been rescheduled to Monday. Here are the details:
(1) Northbound I-35W – closed overnight July 12, traffic switch to new lanes begins July 13
· Northbound I-35W will close at the eastern junction of Highway 62 at 8 p.m. Monday, July 12 and will re-open by 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 13
· When the road re-opens, traffic will switch permanently to the new lanes of northbound I-35W
· Southbound I-35W and Highway 62 will remain open during the closure

The next Windom board meeting will be Thursday July8th at 7pm at the Windom Community Center. Prior to that at 6pm, the Windom Festival committee will meet to go over the budget and other items for the Windom Festival on August 28th. Anyone who wishes to attend the Festival committee meeting are welcome.
